Cathy Ham, Owner, Accountant.
Cathy is a graduate of Worcester State College and has spent years planning programs for children. The Safe Place, Recreation Swimming Lessons, Under the Learning Tree Programs and Little Wonders are just some of the Programs Cathy has created. Cathy lives in Rutland with her family.

Allison Canale, Owner, Onsite Director.
Allison is a graduate of Regis College and has spearheaded many children’s programs. The Summer Fun Program, Small Steps Preschool, and Little Wonders are just a few of the Programs Allison created. Allison plans the curriculum and oversees the educational aspects of Little Wonders as well as being the onsite Director. Allison lives in Rutland with her family.

Kara LaPerle, Lead Teacher.
Kara is a graduate of Worcester State and has worked at Little Wonders for five years. She enjoys her primary role as Gross Motor Room Coordinator, but can be found helping out any way she can! In addition to her duties in the Gross Motor Room, Kara is our kindergarten coordinator.

Nancy Gaudet, Discovery Room Teacher.
Nancy is a graduate of Bridgewater State College where she majored in Early Childhood Education. She has years of experience in the Preschool Field and is eager to meet her new friends at Little Wonders. Nancy lives in Westminster with her husband and children.

Nicola Clark, Classroom Assistant.
Nicola is was born and lived for many years in the United Kingdom. She is a morning aide in our classroom and is eager to have the chance to work with your children. Nicola lives in Rutland with her husband and two girls.

Katherine Convery, Teacher.
“Kat” has been an important part of our school community for three years. She is a certified preschool teacher and is a student at Worcester State College. Kat works in the afternoon providing support and activities to the children in her care. Kat lives in Holden with her family.

Traci Schlegel, Fine Motor Room, Cook.
Traci wears two hats at Little Wonders. Her artistic talents and knowledge of childhood development make her a natural for our Project Room Coordinator. and she is our cook at Little Wonders. She enjoys making home cooked snacks and meals for the children. When she’s not at school, Traci enjoys spending time with her family. Traci lives in Paxton with her husband and 4 sons.

Doreen Scannell, Aide.
Doreen is enjoying the time she spends working
with the children at Little Wonders. Doreen lives in Rutland with
her family and is one of the most involved volunteer parents we
know. Doreen is involved in her community schools, church, various
other organizations.

Julie Brown, Afternoon Assistant.
This is Julie’s second year at Little Wonders providing cleaning and teacher assistant expertise in the afternoon. Julie is a senior at Baypath Regional High School and plans to major in Early Childhood Education next year. Julie lives in Rutland with her family.
