Cathy Ham, Owner, CFO.
Cathy is a graduate of Worcester State College
and has spent years planning programs for children. The Safe Place,
Recreation Swimming Lessons, Under the Learning Tree Programs and Little
Wonders are just some of the Programs Cathy has created. Cathy is
the Chief Financial Officer and oversees the finances and human
resources at Little Wonders. Cathy lives in Rutland with her family.

Allison Canale, Owner, CEO.

Director
Allison is a graduate of Regis College
and has spearheaded many children’s programs. The Summer Fun
Program, Small Steps Preschool, and Little Wonders are just a few
of the Programs Allison created. Allison is the Chief Educational
Officer and plans the curriculum and oversees the educational
aspects of Little Wonders. Allison lives in Rutland with her family.

Kara LaPerle, Lead Teacher.
Kara is a graduate of Worcester State College.
She has worked with children in the preschool setting for 10 years.
She enjoys her primary role as Gross Motor Room Coordinator. Kara
enjoys dance & music! She loves the ocean and looks forward to
vacations at the beach. Kara has recently moved to Sturbridge.

Mallarie Rodger, Teacher.
Mallarie is a certified preschool teacher and is
attending William Penn college. This is Mallarie’s first year
at Little Wonders and she is having a great time getting to know
the families. Mallarie enjoys snowboarding and being with friends
and family.

Esty Mutlu, Teacher.
Esty is a graduate of Worcester State College
and is a certifies preschool teacher. This is Esty’s first
year at Little Wonders, and already she has developed a wonderful
rapport with the children. Esty lives in Worcester with her family and
enjoys running and playing with her son Jack.

Nia
Millman, Teacher.
Nia is a recent graduate of the University of
Rhode Island. Nia is enjoying her first year as a teacher at Little Wonders, although her
children have attended the school for years. Nia is a resident of Rutland and
enjoys spending time at with her family.

Kat Convery, Teacher.
Kat is a certified preschool teacher. She is a
student at Quinsigamond
Community College
and has worked at Little Wonders for three years. Kat lives in
Holden with her family and enjoys music and her new puppy.

Doreen Scannell, Aide.
Doreen is enjoying the time she spends working
with the children at Little Wonders. Doreen lives in Rutland with
her family and is one of the most involved volunteer parents we
know. Doreen is involved in her community schools, church, various
other organizations.

Traci Schlegel, Cook.
Traci is our cook at Little Wonders. She enjoys
making home cooked snacks and meals for the children. When
she’s not at school, Traci enjoys spending time with her
family. Traci lives in Paxton with her husband Russ and 4 sons.
